Job Description
We're looking for Account Trainee to work with our global client for IMC campaigns. You will be in charge those scopes:
Scope complexity
- Creative asset/ adaptation execution
- Digital platform asset execution
Project management
- Able to understand client's brief & debrief to internal properly: take brief, take feedback, understand feedback/ brief, debrief internally how they can deliver the best, etc.
- Executional items timeline management
- Meeting recap on time and well prepared. Execution: recap needs to be sent out within 2 hours, depending on the urgency level.
- Follow up & pro-actively management
- Paperwork delivery
Clients service:
- Clients expectation management for on-goings scopes.
Qualifications
- Having at least 3 months of advertising and/ or marketing experience. Working experience in Agency is preferrable.
- Available for working full-time for a period of a minimum of 6 months
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Ownership: Clarity of Communication, Self Reflection, Curiosity, Listening, Accountability, Action orientation, Pro-active
